  Implement ascii-only
  Fix rename_pattern, permit optional fields with []
  Implement new DB schema
  Sanity check (perl module Text::Unidecode)
  config parser, setup for ascii-only
  DB upgrade: prevent variable leakage
  fat32compat & ascii as separate columns in DB
